Are you like me????

I have been off of work for 2 weeks for the holidays, and I made my self a to do list.
Well I am going back to work Monday and did I do anything on my to do list, well I did do maybe half of what I wanted to do. I am sitting here looking around at what I didn't do and wondering
where did the time go. So hopefully in the New Year I am going to get more organized
and try to get things done in a timely matter, how about you???

With the holidays behind us time to start fresh. Of course I am starting with the traditional diet and exercise LOL!!! I did start last Sunday to get a jump start, so yesterday and today I am cheating for the New Year, good excuse huh!!! But I did get some new exercise dvds to get started with, so will keep you all posted on my results. Now I want you all to do the same, if you are starting a workout program, join ME and we can do it together.

Winter Reminders

Well the cold weather is upon us here in the Midwest. So don't forget to get your humidifier going in your house, to keep that air moist. In the colder months don't forget and make sure you keep you skin well moisturized. Sometimes we forget and need to up the moisturizer we use in the winter to a heavy one than we use in the summer. When you go out to work or walk the dog make sure you have you head covered, a scarf around your neck, make sure you have your gloves, so your hands don't get chapped and dry and moisturize those lips!!!!!
